Uniland Development Company recently held its annual State of the Company address for employees.
During the presentation, Peter Sayadoff, director of the Capital Markets Group, was honored for marking his 35th anniversary with Uniland. He is responsible for the financing of Uniland’s commercial development projects as well as funding the various capital requirements related to site acquisition.
Over his decades of service with Uniland, Mr. Sayadoff has been involved in the financing of over 535 transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion. Uniland’s signature properties, including Avant and The Delaware North Building, among many others, became viable through his efforts to arrange the appropriate capital.
Having overseen many construction sites in Western New York, Senior Construction Manager Dennis Steszewski and Construction Superintendent James Sucharski were recognized for working at the firm for the past 20 years.
Representing a range of disciplines, Maintenance Supervisor Craig Coburn, Rochester General Manager Scott Hill, Support Center Clerk Nancy Traynor, and Senior Market Research Manager David Tytka were lauded for marking their 15th anniversary with Uniland.
Additionally, Construction Administrative Assistant Cheryl Chapman, Senior Systems Administrator Stephen Dailey, Maintenance Administrator Jennifer Stawarski, and Maintenance Mechanic Scott Wheeler were highlighted for their 10 years of service with Uniland.
Another cadre of associates, Construction Manager Jeffrey Benderson, Account Executive Charles Callahan, Project Estimator John Eggleston, Secretary Lyubov Goelz, Senior Construction Manager Christopher Nicosia, and Senior Marketing Communications Manager Jill Pawlik were acknowledged for their five years of service with Uniland.
