Uniland Development Company has announced the hiring of Vincent M. Cutrona as Director of Capital Markets Group (CMG). Mr. Cutrona succeeds Peter A. Sayadoff who will retire from Uniland in June after 39 years with the company.
As the Director of Capital Markets Group, Mr. Cutrona is responsible for the financing of Uniland Development Company’s commercial projects as well as funding the various capital requirements related to the company’s acquisition of property.

Montante. “Vince’s background in Leadership and Planning, as well as extensive knowledge of Buffalo’s commercial real estate market make him an incredible addition.”
Prior to joining Uniland in 2022, Mr. Cutrona was Commercial Banking Director and Senior Vice President at Evans Bank, N.A. In this role, he was responsible for leading multiple teams of commercial relationship managers which were responsible in revenue generating activities and deepening customer relationships. At Evans Bank, Mr. Cutrona’s commercial real estate lending team covered the Buffalo-Rochester corridor which produced and managed a significant portfolio of projects spanning multifamily, office, hotel, warehouse, residential land development, medical office, and specialty properties, as well as loans related to historic tax credits, brownfield credits, Federal and State grants, and unsecured credit facilities. He began his career in business banking at M&T Bank Corporation.

Outside of work, Mr. Cutrona is active in the broader community, including roles as treasurer of the Western New York board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as a member of West Seneca Rotary. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Buffalo State College.
