Uniland facilitated a panel on commercial real estate for participants in the University at Buffalo School of Management’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership program.
Comprised of experts in law, accounting, and real estate sales and leasing, the panel addressed some of the main topics to consider when evaluating a new location for an office, retail space or industrial space.
The panel featured Nancy Cox, CPA, a partner at The Bonadio Group’s Buffalo office, Robert Schell, SIOR, president of Pyramid Brokerage Company, as well as Uniland’s Kevin Szmania, director of Leasing, and Joel McMahon, Esq., real estate attorney. The moderator was Uniland Sales Communications Manager April Sanders.
