  • Use: A Prime Industrial Facility With Multimodal Distribution Capabilities For Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics And Trucking Operations

  • Size: Three buildings providing 124 one and two bedroom residential units
  • Amenities: Planned on-site amenities include a fitness area, community center, indoor parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and outdoor recreational space with grilling areas and fire pits
