Located at 115 Lawrence Bell Drive in Amherst International Park, the 57,000-square-foot contact center supports their growing workforce, which plans to expand to 1,500 Buffalo employees in the coming years. Rachel’s Buffalo flagship features areas for dining in and takeout as well as additional kitchen and delivery space for its burgeoning catering business.
