However, few locations offered the flexibility the firm needed – to open as a 50-person office and expand into a 1,500-employee operation over five years, leveraging New York’s Excelsior Job Program incentives.

Partner with Uniland for Long-term Growth in Amherst
Respecting Strategic Financial’s vision, Uniland proposed leasing 13,700 square feet of office space at 115 Lawrence Bell Drive with the ability to expand into 57,000 square feet of contiguous space. Located within Uniland’s Amherst International Park, the site offers easy access to Metro Bus routes and abundant free parking as well as proximity to major highways, thoroughfares and the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport.
In June 2017, Strategic Financial announced plans to lease space at 115 Lawrence Bell. Uniland managed the design and construction of the modern office space, which features advanced communications technology and efficient floor plans to support the company’s operational success

A Solid Foundation for Expanding Advanced Business Services
Strategic Financial Solutions’ new office opened in December 2017. The company was lauded among The Buffalo News’ top business stories of 2017. “We fell for Buffalo. You are proud of your city and we want to be a part of that,” says Strategic Financial CEO Ryan Sasson. In 2018, Uniland helped Strategic Financial scale up quickly with additional tenant improvements on 19,381 square feet of contiguous space as their office surpassed the 270-employee mark. Their facilities were lauded in the Best New Office category Buffalo Business First’s 2019 Brick by Brick Awards.
