Uniland Development Company has announced the promotion of Scott A. Hill, CPM®, LEED Green Associate, to Senior Leasing Executive. In this role, Mr. Hill will oversee the Sales & Leasing Department and be involved in all phases of the leasing process, including creating marketing and leasing strategies in coordination with all Uniland departments. Previously, Mr. Hill was the General Manager of Uniland Rochester and its portfolio of nearly 700,000 SF of commercial and residential property in the region.
“Scott has been with Uniland for over 18 years, progressively advancing through more responsible positions in both our Property Management and Sales and Leasing departments, as well as managing our Uniland Rochester office,” says Uniland CEO Michael J. Montante. “He has proven himself to be a committed company advocate and I have no doubt he will continue to expertly represent Uniland to our customers and tenants,” adds Mr. Montante.

A member of the Uniland team since 2003, Mr. Hill has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management. In addition to his work with Uniland, Mr. Hill is an active member of the Rochester community. He is a past president of both the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Rochester and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 58, respectively. An active member of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS (NYSCAR) and NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
In recognition of Mr. Hill’s dedication to his clients and the industry, he has received many accolades from his peers. These include receiving the 2016 Member of the Year and 2013 Manager of the Year awards from BOMA Rochester, the 2007 President’s Award and the 2010, 2003, and 1998 Certified Property Manager of the Year Award from IREM Chapter 58, respectively.
