Leveraging a mix of strategic leadership with tactical execution, Uniland Development Company Senior Marketing Manager Ryan Weisz works with executives and colleagues from across the company to highlight the impactful projects, space for lease, and broad capabilities of Buffalo’s largest commercial real estate developer.
In recognition of his success in his field, Mr. Weisz was lauded with a 2026 Elite Sales & Marketing Award from the Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives (BNSME) at their annual gala. The award recognizes individuals who have excelled in representing their companies in the sales and marketing arena.
As his award citation highlights, “Since joining Uniland in 2021, Ryan has spearheaded the strategic planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives across all service lines. His efforts have been instrumental in driving significant business growth, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding market share. Collaborating and strengthening how Marketing supports Uniland’s business lines, Ryan has elevated the caliber of our brand to ESMA levels.”
A 20-year veteran of the marketing industry, Mr. Weisz is also an active member of Invest Buffalo Niagara’s Marketing Committee, helping to expand the region’s business community. Prior to his role at Uniland, he directed marketing operations at U.S. Energy Development Corporation, a privately held exploration and production firm that manages assets for itself and its partners.
He earned both his M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
