At the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NYSCAR) Western New York Chapter’s annual awards dinner, Uniland associates received several awards and recognitions for their key work on commercial real estate transactions.
Uniland Sales & Leasing leaders Charlie Callahan, Craig Muni, and April Sanders were lauded for their work with clients and commercial brokers.
Uniland Development Company Senior Leasing Manager Charlie F. Callahan won the 2025 Transaction Volume Award – Affiliate with 38 deals. This is Mr. Callahan’s third consecutive year being recognized by NYSCAR. Earlier, he received both the Transaction Volume Award – Affiliate, and the Largest Affiliate-Assisted Transaction Award in 2024, and the Largest Affiliate-Assisted Transaction Award in 2023.
A Uniland associate since 2013, in February 2026 Mr. Callahan was promoted from Account Executive to Senior Leasing Manager. In this new role, he is responsible for leading leasing and sales activities across the company’s commercial real estate portfolio.
In addition to his work portfolio, Mr. Callahan is active in the greater industry and community as a member of the NYSCAR WNY Chapter Board of Directors and the Chair of its Sponsorship Committee. He also serves as the Secretary of the Clarence Chamber of Commerce.
Account Executive Craig D. Muni was presented with the 2025 Largest Affiliate-Assisted Transaction of the Year Award for his work with client Agri-Plastics, a global leader in the manufacturing of plastic products for agricultural, industrial, recreational, environmental, and home industries. As this Canadian business’ first location in Western New York, the company signed a a 64,000 SF lease to open a new autonomous manufacturing facility at Uniland’s award-winning 2 Steelworkers Way at Renaissance Commerce Park in Lackawanna. The transaction was executed with Joseph Deck, SIOR, and Richard Wadsworth of Hanna Commercial Real Estate.
Earlier, he won NYSCAR’s 2022 Transaction Volume Award – Affiliate with 41 deals closed, including signing the anchor tenant at Uniland’s neighboring award-winning industrial property, 8 Dona Street at Renaissance Commerce Park.
A Buffalo Sabre from 1993-1996 and a three-time Stanley Cup champion during his 16-year NHL career, Mr. Muni has been a leading member of Uniland’s Sales & Leasing team since 2004. Focused on winning results in the field, on the ice, and behind the bench, he is also an Isobel Cup champion as coach of the former Premier Hockey Federation’s Buffalo Beauts professional women’s team.
Account Executive April R. Sanders, Ph.D., was highlighted as the First Runner Up in the Affiliate Award categories. A client-focused member of the Uniland team since 2014, Dr. Sanders is an active NYSCAR member who is involved in volunteer and mentorship roles across the Western New York academic, civic, and faith community.
Uniland’s Sales & Leasing department is led by Director of Sales Scott Hill, CPM®, who is a veteran Board member of the NYSCAR Rochester Chapter and an active member of the WNY Chapter.
