With construction nearing completion on the first of two announced 150,000-square-foot industrial spec buildings at Renaissance Commerce Park, Uniland Development Company has announced a lease with Total Quality Assurance International (TQAI) who will occupy approximately 81,000 SF at the first building at 8 Dona Street.  Headquartered in Flushing, Michigan, TQAI specializes in Engineering, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality Control, Quality Inspection Services, Packaging and Rework.
