Uniland Development Company has started construction and is taking deposits on 12 upscale residences priced from $850,000 to $1.5 million in one of the City of Buffalo’s most in-demand neighborhoods, the intersection of Delaware District and Elmwood Village near the historic Gates Circle at Delaware Avenue.  The project should take about 12 months to complete.
