Ms. Zaepfel manages community relations, corporate philanthropy, diversity and inclusion programs, as well as government relations at Uniland.
She currently serves as Board Chair of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, and is on the boards of the Beverly Grey Business Exchange and the Western New York Women’s Foundation. Advancing Buffalo’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, she is a member of the Erie County Business Task Force. Ms. Zaepfel is also a member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s Development Advisory Council and Diversity and Inclusion Council.
Over the years, she has provided expertise to a number of other organizations that provide education and health and wellness services, as well as workforce diversity and inclusion programs in Western New York. Earlier in 2020, she was recognized with Buffalo Business First’s IDEA (Inclusion Diversity Equity Awareness) Award.
Ms. Zaepfel has chaired the annual eight-county wide Catholic Charities Appeal and the annual Catholic Education dinner. She has also twice chaired the National Federation of Just Communities of WNY’s annual event, the Western New York Food Bank Capital Campaign, and the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park Veteran Tribute Awards.
