Amherst, NY – Highgate Medical Group, PC, one of the largest primary care practices in Western New York, has announced that it will be relocating its Williamsville office at 1150 Youngs Road to 6255 Sheridan Drive at Sheridan Meadows Corporate Park. A grand opening of September 1, 2023 is planned. The new location will provide Highgate Medical Group and its patients with improved access to medical services as well as additional space for reception and medical exams for its more than 30,000 patients locally.
For over 75 years Highgate Medical Group has been a primary care pioneer in Western New York. The practice is led by Dr. David Pawlowski, Dr. Michael Dlugosz, and Dr. Stacey Gugino.

Highgate Medical Group is a member of the local Primary Care IPA, an independent, physician-led organization with the goal to enhance patient care and reduce healthcare costs. Highgate Medial Group provides healthcare to over 30,000 patients starting at age 5, offering comprehensive wellness exams, annual physicals, preventative care, women’s health, chronic care management, behavioral health management, diabetic education, nutritional coaching, acute visits, and minor procedures.
6255 Sheridan Drive is a four-story, Class-A medical building owned and operated by Uniland Development Company of Amherst. Located just two miles south of Highgate’s current Youngs Road location, the new building is easily accessible from Sheridan Drive and Transit Road. Highgate Medical Group will occupy approximately 17,000 square feet.

The Highgate location at 3950 East Robinson Road will not be affected by this move.
