Uniland Marketing Communications Manager Ezra N. Rich has been recognized by Buffalo Business First as a “40 Under 40” award winner for 2022. The award honors professionals in Western New York who excel in both their careers and in the community. Mr. Rich was selected from nearly 250 applicants.
As marketing communications manager, Mr. Rich leads the creation of sales and marketing collateral, web content, and social media communications in support of Uniland’s leading portfolio of commercial real estate properties across Western New York. In his role, he also aids Uniland’s Corporate Relations, Talent Operations, and Property Management divisions in highlighting their work to clients, partners, associates, prospective employees and the broader community.
Since joining Uniland in 2017, he has helped raise awareness of the company’s products ranging from HANSA workspace and the Hampton Inn Buffalo-Amherst to new industrial development at Renaissance Commerce Park as well as the companies broad array of office, residential, and mixed-use properties.
In addition to his work at Uniland, Mr. Rich serves on the board of governors of the Buffalo Jewish Federation and co-chairs its Israel & Overseas committee, which supports social, cultural, and philanthropic partnerships in Israel and across the global Jewish community. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Temple Beth Tzedek, one of the region’s largest synagogues, and serves as co-chair of its Youth Education committee focused on formal and informal learning opportunities including the Community Religious School, youth groups, and children’s programming for members ranging from toddlers to teenagers. He is also an active member of the PRSA Buffalo Niagara chapter’s Programming committee, planning, and executing events for local communications professionals.
Mr. Rich earned his B.A. in Psychology from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and resides in Williamsville with his wife and their three daughters.
