Client Objective

Consolidate and update workspace for employees and visitors Entercom Communication Corporation, the fourth-largest radio broadcasting company in the United States, has been a tenant of Uniland’s University Corporate Parkway for nearly 20 years. At lease renewal, the company expressed interest in modernizing the interior design and right-sizing the office layout to better fit its
current needs.

Strategy

Uniland’s space planning team designs an efficient floor plan Uniland’s in-house Sales and Leasing and Planning and Design teams worked with Entercom to a design a custom floor plan that reconfigured the office environment and reduced the footprint by 10,000 square feet. Uniland Construction Corporation managed the six-month renovation, ensuring that Entercom continued its 24-hour, seven days a week operations with minimal disruption.

Results

Modern office to accommodate Entercom’s business model for new 15-year lease

Uniland delivered a modern, open-concept workspace tailored to fit Entercom’s size, needs and personality. In addition to the redesigned floor plan, the suite now has new carpet, paint, and millwork, upgraded kitchen facilities, and a multi-use studio in the reception area that enables visitors to watch live broadcasts. “Your project manager was a pleasure to work with and made the process much less distracting than we could  have ever expected,” said Greg Reid, General Manager and VP of Entercom Communications Corp. “He was attentive to detail and responsive to our needs.
