Willie Hutch Jones
The mission of the Willie Hutch Jones Educational & Sports Programs is to provide every child, at no cost, equal opportunities to engage in the highest quality program and to offer character building activities through academics, sports, and the arts. Uniland is an active supporter of their expanding science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) programming and recently donated a passenger van to enable the organization to transport students to educational sites, sports facilities, and field trips.

Hispanic Council of Western New York

Uniland’s commitment to the Hispanic Heritage Council of WNY, including the establishment of a vibrant new Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute, represents our commitment to building more inclusive and prosperous communities for all people of Western New York. We applaud the work the Hispanic Heritage Council will do at this new Institute to develop programs and activities that enrich the lives of our residents and foster a heightened sense of belonging while serving as a beacon for education, community engagement and cultural pride.

Black Achievers
The vision of Buffalo Black Achievers is to empower local youth to excel and go forward by exposing them to the accomplishments of the heroes of our past aiding in their desire to advance our cause through technology. Uniland is the lead corporate sponsor of the Black Achievers Youth Academy, which is transforming the lives of our future community leaders and the workforce of tomorrow. The Academy focuses on assistance with college and scholarship applications, transitioning from high school to college, finding paid internships, identifying mentors and conducts monthly workshops with speakers.
“Uniland contributes to our college scholarship fund which has helped us increase both the amount of aid and the number of high school seniors we can help. They also sponsor our gala every year in which the scholarship winners attend. When our young people see and meet other Black Achievers from their community, it helps them to imagine a brighter future.
