The vision of Buffalo Black Achievers is to empower local youth to excel and go forward by exposing them to the accomplishments of the heroes of our past aiding in their desire to advance our cause through technology. Uniland is the lead corporate sponsor of the Black Achievers Youth Academy, which is transforming the lives of our future community leaders and the workforce of tomorrow. The Academy focuses on assistance with college and scholarship applications, transitioning from high school to college, finding paid internships, identifying mentors and conducts monthly workshops with speakers.

Uniland contributes to our college scholarship fund which has helped us increase both the amount of aid and the number of high school seniors we can help. They also sponsor our gala every year in which the scholarship winners attend. When our young people see and meet other Black Achievers from their community, it helps them to imagine a brighter future.
