Uniland Adds Two Acres to Its Downtown Buffalo Portfolio with Post Office Purchase

Uniland Development Company expanded its Buffalo portfolio with the acquisition today of a two-acre parcel, a city block wide, from Washington to Ellicott streets in the Central Business District and near the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The property, with a central address of 701 Washington Street, includes a 9,870 square foot building that houses a United States Postal Service branch. more>>


Uniland Receives 2018 Buffalo Black Achievers President’s Award

Buffalo Black Achievers had plenty to celebrate at this year’s award gala. The organization, which celebrates and showcases the variety and quality of achievements of many African Americans in the community, has tripled its scholarship fund over the past year. Uniland Adds 20 Acres to Its Town Center Plans

The owners of the Eastern Hills Mall in Clarence, New York, have acquired the adjacent Sears building and property that has operated on the site since 1970. The acquisition of the 154,814 square foot, two-story building and its acreage enables Mountain Development and Uniland Development, the mall owners, to incorporate the Sears site into the team’s ambitious and unprecedented Town Center development plans. more>>
