Chef Robert J. Rizzo, C.E.C., Executive Chef at Della Terra at Avant, has won second place in StarChefs.com's Italian Wine and Recipe Competition. The contest sought to find the best pasta dishes from professional chefs across the nation and their accompanying wines.
