As Director of Capital Markets Group at Uniland, Peter Sayadoff is responsible for the financing of Uniland’s commercial development projects as well as funding the company’s various capital requirements relating to acquisition of property. Since joining Uniland in 1983, Sayadoff has been involved in the financing of over 460 transactions in excess of $1.4 billion. He oversees a staff of professionals who have responsibilities including financial analysis, due diligence, closing coordination and corporate and real estate law.
Prior to joining Uniland, Sayadoff was employed in the commercial loan industry as an Assistant Vice President with a mortgage banking firm in Rochester, N.Y. He has been an active Board Member of the Greater Niagara Frontier Council-Boy Scouts of America since 1990, and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board after serving three and a half years as Council President. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Buffalo Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Sayadoff earned a B.S. from the University of Connecticut in 1979.
