Doug J. Engl

Mr. Engl began his career at Uniland in 1986 and has since earned his designation as a Real Property Administrator. In his current position as Director of Property Management, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company's property management services and operations including the property maintenance division, lease administration, property budgeting, expense control, risk management, real estate taxes and property insurance.

In addition, Mr. Engl oversees all functions related to customer service and tenant relations and leads a staff of 30 property managers, administrators, and maintenance personnel. Mr. Engl is an active member of BOMA and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the The Claremount and the Town of Clarence Baseball Association.
