David J. Reilly

Throughout his 25 years with Uniland, Mr. Reilly has been responsible for the management of all construction operations including project scope, budget and cost control, architectural design review, contract negotiations, outside vendor and contractor selection, and local municipality liaison. An industry leader in construction management, Mr. Reilly has worked on numerous fast-track and time sensitive design-build projects including major office parks, warehouse and manufacturing facilities, residential and dormitory housing, educational buildings, and community retail plazas.

In his role as Director of Construction, Mr. Reilly supervises an in-house staff of project managers, estimators, and on-site personnel, as well as a substantial crew of on-site professionals, both in Buffalo and Rochester, New York. Prior to joining Uniland in 1979, Mr. Reilly was employed at a regional construction firm as an architectural designer and interior space planner.  Mr. Reilly attended the State University of New York at Buffalo.
